Amnistía Internacional, el Centro por la Justicia y el Derecho Internacional (CEJIL), el International Human Rights Law Group, Human Rights Watch y Washington Office on Latin America (WOLA), instan al Estado peruano a cumplir con sus obligaciones internacionales y a acatar la decisión de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos.
